About us

The Olive Ceremony offers guided olive oil ceremonies for retreats, private gatherings, hospitality venues and hosted events across the UK, Ibiza and Spain.

Enquiries and bookings

Submitting an enquiry through our website does not constitute a confirmed booking. All bookings are confirmed only once we have been in direct communication and both parties have agreed on the details of the ceremony, date, location and any applicable fees.

Our ceremonies

We take every care to ensure our ceremonies are delivered with the highest quality and intention. However, we reserve the right to make reasonable adjustments to the content or structure of a ceremony where necessary.

Health and wellbeing

Our ceremonies involve guided meditation and the tasting of premium olive oil. If you have any allergies, dietary requirements or health conditions that may be relevant, please inform us before your ceremony. Our ceremonies are not a substitute for medical or therapeutic treatment.

Deposits, payments and cancellations 

A deposit is required to secure your booking. Deposits are fully refundable within 14 days of payment. After this period deposits become non-refundable. Final payments must be made in full no later than one month before the booking date. If a booking is cancelled with more than 30 days written notice prior to the event date, the final payment will be refunded in full. Cancellations made with less than 30 days notice will not be eligible for a refund of the final payment.

All content on this website including text, images and design is the property of The Olive Ceremony and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Olive Ceremony accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from participation in our ceremonies or use of this website, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are based in the EU, you also retain any rights afforded to you under applicable EU consumer law.
